We can offer a 12 week Lay-By plan with a non-refundable 10% initial deposit. (10% of the total price including shipping).

We will ship your doll as soon as you have paid in full for the lay-by.

Lay-by instalments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or PayPal.

Lay-bys may be cancelled by you at any time during the term, in which case you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid, less the initial 10% deposit. Refunds for lay-by payments will be made using the original payment method only.

Failure to make payments when they are due will be treated as a cancellation of the lay-by. CuteDollCottage.com.au will give the buyer notice of the seller’s intention to cancel the Lay-Buy, and allow the buyer at least 14 days within which to rectify the breach. If your lay-by is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid, less a termination fee of which will be the amount of your initial deposit.
