Patsyette Purely Patsyette Redhead PY0300 is from Effanbee’s collection by Robert Tonner.

Patsyette™ was sculpted by Bernard Lipfert for sale in the 1950s. The Patsyette dolls were inspired by the company’s popular Patsy doll line, which had been produced in the 1920s and 1930s. Like their predecessors, the Patsyette dolls were made of composition material and featured jointed bodies, allowing them to be posed in a variety of positions.

Robert Tonner did produce a reproduction Patsyette doll in 2000 for Effanbee, which was a limited edition of 10,000 dolls. Tonner’s reproduction version was made to resemble the original vintage doll.

The reproduction Patsyette doll by Robert Tonner was highly popular among collectors and is considered a valuable and sought-after doll today. The limited edition of 10,000 dolls means that only a finite number of these dolls were produced, which can make them more rare and valuable compared to dolls that were produced in larger quantities.
